With a plan, you receive regular credits and, if applicable, additional features.

Viewing & choosing plans

You can find a current overview of plans and services under Credits as well as on the pricing page. You can select the plan that suits you there. You can always see the exact services included and their costs in real-time on these pages – we intentionally do not list fixed figures here.

Benefits of a plan

  • Regular credit balance.
  • Depending on the plan, additional capabilities.

Managing & changing

  • You manage your subscription under Credits or in the Settings: change your plan or withdraw a scheduled cancellation.
  • You can maintain your payment details via the billing portal.

Canceling your subscription

You can cancel your subscription at any time with effect from the end of the current billing period – even without signing in: click “Cancel contracts here” at the bottom of every page; in the app, the same entry is in the sidebar and under “More”. Choose the type of cancellation, enter your name and your account’s email address and choose the date (default: earliest possible). “Cancel now” submits your cancellation.

  • You immediately receive a confirmation of receipt by email with the content of your cancellation, the time of receipt and the end date – please keep it. On the page you can also save your declaration as a file or print it.
  • You keep all subscription benefits until the end date; nothing is charged afterwards. At the end, you receive an email confirming that the subscription has ended.
  • When signed in, you can withdraw the cancellation under Credits until the end date.
  • Your remaining credits are retained and do not expire (Credits: The credit system).
  • Law firm subscriptions are canceled on the subscription page of the lawyer portal.
  • For the statutory right of withdrawal, see Right of Withdrawal & Withdrawal.

One-time purchases instead of a subscription

You can also top up credits specifically without a subscription (Topping up & redeeming credits).
