Getting Help & Support
How to use this wiki, what Lex and Lexi do, and when to contact support.
Are you stuck? Here is how to find help – in the correct order.
1. This Wiki
- Use the search function at the top.
- Follow the links at the end of each page (Related topics / What links here).
- Good starting points: Welcome, First Steps, Features Overview, Credits.
2. Lex & Lexi (Free Help Assistants)
Lex and Lexi are your free help and support assistants: They explain how to use the platform, show you the right tool, and help with your account, credits, or a support ticket – without legal content. Real legal questions (Rechtsfragen), analysis, chat, and letters (Schreiben) are handled by the AI in the paid areas (Ask a legal question, Document Chat, Create a letter). You can choose which persona you see (Lex or Lexi).
3. Contacting Support
For specific problems (e.g., a failed action or a billing question), open a ticket under Support. How this works and what happens next is shown in Support Ticket. Briefly describe what you did and what happened.
And for Real Legal Questions?
For legal questions that go beyond an initial assessment, a law firm (Kanzlei) is the right path (Find a lawyer).
