Every movement of your balance is traceable. Under Credits you will find your complete history.

What you can see there

  • Usage: which action, when, how much.
  • Top-ups and plan credits.
  • Refunds (Erstattungen) – including the reason (see refund).
  • Redeemed vouchers, if any.

AI log: what has the AI done for me?

Under Credits → History → "AI log" tab (also reachable from the settings, section "AI style & context"), you see every AI feature you have used:

  • when it ran and with what result,
  • what it did – in plain words, e.g. a document analysis, a letter created or revised, or a sub-step of a case analysis such as the chronology,
  • for which of your documents or matters,
  • which AI level was used (e.g. Standard or Premium),
  • whether an answer was shortened and whether credits were refunded.

You choose the period (7, 30 or 90 days), sort by date or credits, and can use the type to show case analyses, individual AI features or the sub-steps of case analyses specifically.

Contents are never shown here – neither your documents nor your questions or the answers. "Not recorded" means that no amount was stored for this entry, not that it was free of charge. What counts for your balance is the "Transactions" tab next to it; case analyses are charged once per matter and therefore appear there.

Invoices & Credit Notes

For purchases, you will find your invoices on the same page (as PDF, additionally as XRechnung/ZUGFeRD-XML for accounting) and – in the case of refunds – credit notes with their own number range. Invoices are also automatically sent by email. Read more about this in invoices and receipts.

Export

You can export your credit history as a CSV file, for example, to keep for your accounting.

This way, you always have an overview of what you spent your money on. How prices are calculated is explained in prices and costs.
