More Context, Better Answer
Why background information makes the AI better – and how much of it is useful.
The AI can only work with what it knows. The better the context, the more accurate the answer.
Which context helps
- Upload the relevant documents (contract, assessment, letter) (Uploading documents correctly).
- Chronological sequence: What happened when?
- Parties involved and roles: Landlord, employer, authority, opposing party.
- Your goal: What do you want to achieve?
- Country/Jurisdiction: crucial for the legal classification.
Why this works
Without context, the AI tends to guess generally. With clear facts, it can become specific, identify contradictions, and ask targeted questions (Gathering the facts of the case & follow-up questions).
How much is enough?
- State everything that is relevant to the decision – but do not write novels.
- Leave out unimportant details; they distract.
- If you do not know something, feel free to say so: The AI will then work with what is certain.
If the answer remains thin
Add context and repeat the action. For documents, this can be done specifically via re-analyze with focus. Often, this significantly improves the result. If an action fails technically, the credits are automatically refunded (Refunds & Reimbursements). In the chat you can also add missing documents directly in the conversation (Adding more documents in the chat); in very long conversations it is worth restating important details (Long conversations: What the AI keeps in view).
The AI occasionally thinks along
Good questions are half the battle – the other half is now sometimes taken over by the AI itself: if it recognizes a concrete, well-supported thought in an answer that you have not yet considered, it shows it to you as a separate, discreet hint – directly below the answer and collected in the sidebar. This deliberately happens rarely and only in genuinely well-founded cases, never with every answer, and can be dismissed at any time.
