The protection of your data is a high priority.
What we do
- Encrypted storage of your documents under My documents (AES-256 at rest, TLS during transmission).
- Processing within the EU, GDPR-compliant (DSGVO-compliant) (see Data Protection & Where Your Data is Stored).
- Access protection per user account (Row-Level Security) – access only for you or parties authorized by you.
What you can do yourself
- Use a strong, unique password.
- Do not share your login credentials with others.
- Enable two-factor authentication: set up an authenticator app under Settings → Security. Afterward, the login process will additionally request a six-digit code — even when logging in via email link or Google. Without this code, no one can access your account, even if your password becomes known.
- In case of suspected unauthorized access: reset your password (Resetting your password) and inform Support.
