„AI, draft me an NDA for a SaaS beta in DE and AT“ — it sounds tempting. But hallucinated clauses, missing mandatory details or incorrect jurisdiction clauses can cost you dearly.
Our approach
- Contract creation: lawyer-curated templates for each country plus a wizard. You answer the questions, we fill in the template. At most, the AI helps you word individual free-text fields — if you want it to.
- Contract review: this is where the AI shines. Risks, deadlines, unusual clauses, a comparison between two versions.
- Response letters: objection, appeal, payment reminder, termination — structured around rule sets, not dreamt up by the AI.
