Thought experiment: main path and branch with “Before / After”

The main path and the thought experiment sit side by side; the thought experiment does not feed into answers, the summary or the firm memory.Enlarge image

On the left is the main path of the case file with its stages, such as the initial assessment and the state after the statement of defence, and on the right a branch as a thought experiment. Under “What has changed”, each stage states what is new since the previous stage and offers buttons for a follow-up stage, a branch and a variant. With “Ask in the assistant as of …” you put questions to the AI about exactly that state of the case file. The thought experiment is clearly marked as such: it does not feed into answers, the summary or the firm memory, so you can play through a strategy without distorting the case file.

All recordings use fictional sample data – no real cases, people or file numbers. AI output can contain errors and does not replace legal advice.
