Firm Playbook: Standard Positions from Your Own Templates
Enlarge imageThe firm playbook is still empty here and explains how it comes about: you upload three to ten of your own template documents, that is contracts or pleadings and correspondence, to the firm DMS. With a right-click you mark them as a “Playbook source”, on a touchscreen a long tap is enough. The AI recognizes by itself what kind of document it is and proposes suitable standard positions that you review. The playbook then serves as a hint when drafting and when reviewing third-party documents, not as an instruction; reading them out counts toward the AI quota per document.
