Formatting bar: Suggesting mode, comments and tables at a glance

The three dots on the formatting bar open a second panel with font, size, line spacing, text colour and highlighter. Below them are the collaboration tools: Suggesting mode, "Mark as deleted" and "Add comment". Tables, fields and boxes, and copying formatting are also reachable here. This keeps the bar slim, and the less frequent tools are still only one click away.
