Draft a Pleading: Choose Type, Reference Document and Scope Before Starting
Enlarge imageBefore the pleading agent starts, the dialog asks for the type of pleading and then which document of the case it refers to; opposing pleadings come first in the selection. Under “Form of the draft” you set the scope and can expand tone, addressee and outline wishes. The agent proposes an outline, drafts the sections and files the result as a versioned, editable Word document in the case. It asks before entering a deadline, and the draft remains a suggestion that you review and revise.
