AI & Privacy: Mask Names, Preview Before Sending, AI Language

The “AI & privacy” tab summarizes at the top how your firm uses the AI: names are masked by default, and web search runs anonymously. Two rules control whether members may send plain text on request (per request or chat; for a whole case only owners and administrators, with a reason) and whether a preview of the masked details is required before sending. This makes it traceable what details the AI gets to see; the rules are changed in the “Client portal” tab. Below, you set the language of AI results for new cases and mails, and links lead to the data processing agreement (AVV) and the privacy policy.
