Settings on the Smartphone: AI & Privacy of the Firm
Enlarge imageOn the smartphone the settings appear as tabs one below the other, here “AI & privacy” is open. The “AI & privacy of the firm” card states at the top that your firm masks names and that web search runs anonymously, and shows the two rules “Allow plain text on request” and “Require preview before every send” with their status. This way you check the firm’s privacy rules on the go as well; they can be changed in the “Client portal” tab. Links to the data processing agreement (AVV) and the privacy policy follow below, at the bottom the menu bar with Dashboard, Cases, AI assistant and My work.
