Approval round completed: feedback adopted as a new version
Enlarge imageAt the top, the document reports “Adopted as version 4. This approval is closed.”, and the contract text below is view-only. In the right column, the “Changes” tab shows the note “No open changes”, and the “Comments” tab counts three entries. With that, the round with the client is complete and the status is recorded as its own version, so that it can later be traced what was adopted. The note in the tab also states that suggestions are only final after your decision and that this route uses no AI quota.
