Mobile: review and confirm a document for approval
Enlarge imageIn the “For approval” tab is the document the firm has submitted for review, with the request to review it and a note that approval is binding. The client can first retrieve a plain-language explanation, write a comment and then choose “Approve (binding)”, “Request change”, “Decline” or “Comment only”. Anyone who declines is asked for a short reason that helps the firm. The decision stays with the client; nothing is confirmed without her explicit click.
