Reply sent: the firm has the answer

After sending, the label changes to “Answered”, with the date and the client's answer in her own words below. The answer field disappears, and the firm sees the same answer at the deadline in its case file. The history of the case file additionally shows the entry “Answer to deadline sent”. This documents for both sides when the reply arrived.
