Client portal on a smartphone: to-dos and next deadline
Enlarge imageOn a smartphone the same start page appears in a single column: “Your to-dos” on top, with the type of task, the title, the case file concerned and the deadline in colour. The client opens the portal in her phone's browser and sees at a glance where something is expected from her. A tap on a line leads to the right case file, for example to reply or to upload. This way, questions from the firm can be answered on the go, without documents being sent back and forth by email.
