“What has happened?”: the history of the case file from the client's side

The picture shows the reply sent to a deadline, the submission of the documents, the two uploads and the original request with its due date. This lets the client follow what she herself has done and what the firm has initiated. The firm's internal notes do not appear here; “Show all” opens the complete list.
