What this video is about
Tell the AI once how you work: a general instruction for all case files, an instruction for the whole firm and a separate instruction per case file. Your own samples become firm standards that can be marked as binding or switched off per sample. Under “What applies right now?” you see beforehand, word for word, what the AI receives – without a model call, at no cost. Shown with invented sample texts.
All recordings use fictional sample data – no real cases, people or file numbers. AI output can contain errors and does not replace legal advice.
This video shows the English interface; sample data and documents are partly in German. Smart Legal Pro itself is fully available in German, English, French, Italian, Spanish, Dutch and Polish.
