Case Document Storage: Folders, Origin and Evaluation Status
Enlarge imageThe document storage of a case shows folders with counts on the left, such as Inbox, Draft for review, Analyses, AI drafts, Conversation notes and Client documents. On the right are the documents with origin (“From: …”), date and evaluation status; notices such as “4 documents without extracted facts” offer “Evaluate now”, and “4 new documents since the last summary” can be filtered with “Show new only”. You search in the title or in the content. This way you see at a glance what the AI has already read and what is new.
