Case Document Storage: Folders, Search and Status per Document
Enlarge imageThe document storage of the case shows a folder tree on the left (Inbox, Draft for review, Analyses, AI drafts, Client uploads, Storage only without AI) and on the right the documents with file type, date, size and status labels such as “Summarized” and “Facts detected”. Above the list you search by document name or in the content and sort; you drag documents into folders and upload files from your computer. With “Request documents” you ask the client specifically for documents that land directly in this case. Folders such as “Storage only (no AI)” keep documents out of the AI evaluation.
