Why is the summary out of date? Reasons with file names

If you delete, move or lock files, or new ones arrive, the case marks the summary as out of date and names the reason: which files were deleted, moved, newly added, newly revised or locked for the AI, up to five by name. With “Update” you have the summary rebuilt on your click; with “Keep as it is” you record that it still applies. The marker returns by itself as soon as another reason arises, and your note appears in the case history. Nothing is recalculated automatically.
