Firm DMS: search case files by title, client or opposing party
Enlarge imageThe firm DMS begins with the “Search case files” field: you type a title, client or opposing party, here “Musterbau”, and the matching case file appears. One click expands the folder structure of the case file – incoming items, drafts for review, analyses, AI drafts, documents handed over by the client and more – and another click jumps straight into the folder. Below it is the central storage for documents not yet assigned to a case file, with upload, folders and content search. This way you find documents across the whole firm without opening the case files one by one.
