Firm DMS: Search Cases, Upload and File Documents
Enlarge imageThe firm DMS is the firm’s central storage: at the top you search cases by title, client or opponent and expand their folders, and “To the case” jumps straight there. Below lie the documents not yet assigned to a case, with Upload, New document, Import and Recycle bin. A note shows that PII masking for the AI is switched on. This way you have cases and loose documents in one place, and via “Query firm-wide facts” you can query facts from several cases.
