Paragraph lock: protect agreed passages from changes
Enlarge imageWith "Lock selection" in the Chat tab, you protect a paragraph, for example after agreeing it with the client. In the text, the locked paragraph carries a padlock icon and a coloured marking, and next to it the Chat tab counts "Locked: 1". "Remove lock" withdraws the protection at any time; for locks set by other people, the program asks first. This way an agreed wording stays in place while work continues on the rest of the document.
