Compare Versions: Redline with Additions and Deletions
Enlarge imageThe “Compare versions” dialog sets an older and a newer version side by side, here version 1 and the current state in the editor. Additions are underlined in green and deletions struck through in red; unchanged paragraphs can be hidden, a counter states the number of changes, and with the arrows you jump from change to change. Via “Export” the comparison can be output as a file. The comparison is a pure view and does not change the document, so you can follow revisions without any risk to the text.
