Enlarge imageAfter acceptance, the items carry the label “accepted” next to “provided”, and the request itself reads “closed”. The item without a file keeps its status “not available” together with the client's explanation, so the gap remains visible. Before completing, the interface asks for confirmation because the action cannot be undone, and the client is notified. The files remain unchanged in the case file.
