Reviewing the client's submission: files per item, ready for acceptance
Enlarge imageAs soon as the client has submitted, the request shows “Submitted – review” and the banner “Submitted by the client” together with her message. Each item shows the file as a link that opens the document in the case file; a tick accepts the item, the arrow returns it with a reason. An item that is not available shows the client's explanation. “Complete” finishes the request, while “Return” sends it back to the client with an explanation.
