Client feedback on the contract: comments from the client portal
Enlarge imageIn the document window of a contract version, the right column shows three remarks under “Comments”, each labeled “From client portal”. Each comment has a reply field, a checkmark to resolve it and a trash can to delete it; the version itself is marked “View only”. This way you see what your client notes on the released version and can react directly in the document, without collecting feedback from emails. The comments in the example concern the payment plan, acceptance and remuneration under a contract for work (Werkvertrag), including a question to the firm.
