Draft to comment on: the client reads along and adds remarks
Enlarge imageThe firm has shared a draft reference letter “for comments only”; its note to the client appears at the top. The client marks a passage, chooses “Add comment” and writes her remark, which appears in the “Comments” tab on the right; the text itself stays in read-only mode. Via “Versions” she sees earlier states, and with “Send to firm” she passes on her remarks. The draft runs in rounds; the picture shows round 1.
