Proof of dispatch per version: what does the client know?
Enlarge imageIn the "Versions" section of a contract, the question "What does the client know?" appears at the top with the answer: demonstrably version 5, by email on 21 October 2026. Beside it are "Sent versions only", "Release in portal" and "Note dispatch". Dispatch is not marked as sent automatically but noted on your click. Beneath this, each version shows its date, origin and actions such as "View" and "Changes".
