Document received: review and accept it in the waiting area
Enlarge imageWhen the guest uploads a file, it appears in the "Guest upload" area under the recipient with the status "awaiting review". Beside it are four icons for viewing, pre-checking, accepting and rejecting. Only acceptance places the file in the case file and ticks off the matching item of the request; in the case of a rejection, you give the guest the reason. This way nothing enters the case file unchecked.
