Delivery in the document tree: all files of a ZIP as one expandable row
Enlarge imageIn the Documents tab, a case-file access package appears as a single row showing the title of the delivery, the channel, the number of files and how many of them the AI may read. One click on the arrow expands the row to show the individual files; during a search, matches stay open anyway. This keeps a ZIP with many files easy to survey and always shows which file belongs to which delivery. The same applies to beA exports (the secure electronic mailbox of German lawyers), scan stacks and e-mails with attachments. The mailroom, where you add and assign deliveries, goes with it.
