Document table: six leases side by side, values with key figures
Enlarge imageIn the “Table” tab of the case file, each document sits in its own row and each column is a question such as landlord, base rent, deposit or start of lease. With “Evaluate”, the AI reads the documents and fills in the values; amounts and dates appear as real numbers and dates. Below the table, the program calculates range, total and median – the AI does no arithmetic here. So with a portfolio of many contracts you compare everything at a glance instead of opening each one. The figures are working material for your review; the next image shows the evidence behind them.
