File to a Case: Email and Selected Attachments, Suggestions with Reasons
Enlarge imageThe “File e-mail to a case” dialog shows the case search at the top and, below it, what should go along: the email as the original and the attachments you tick. The platform makes suggestions without AI, for example based on a reference number in the subject line, and states the reason; nothing is filed until you make your selection. For ZIP archives, you see the contents and select individual files, and they are unpacked only when filed. Blocked file types and password-protected files are left out, and emails from unknown senders are not evaluated automatically.
