“To review”: Unknown Senders, Newsletters, and Delivery Failures Kept Apart

Emails from unknown senders, delivery failures, auto-replies, and newsletters are kept under “To review” – each with a label giving the reason.Enlarge image

Under “To review” you will find emails from unknown senders, delivery failures, automatic replies, and newsletters, each with a label stating the reason. The platform sorts them by fixed rules, without AI, so that “To sort” stays calm and important messages don't get lost. From there, you move an email back with one click or file it. Emails in this folder are not evaluated automatically, so that unfamiliar content does not enter AI processing unchecked.

All recordings use fictional sample data – no real cases, people or file numbers. AI output can contain errors and does not replace legal advice.
