Mailroom: Folders, Channels, List, and Reading Pane at a Glance
Enlarge imageAt the top are the folders To sort, To review, Snoozed, Starred, Filed, and Trash with their counters, and below them the channels Email, beA (the secure electronic mailbox of German lawyers), Paper mail, and Case-file access. In the middle are the incoming items with sender, subject, and attachment count, and on the right the reading pane. You forward emails to your inbox address or add exports and ZIP files; after that they appear here and can be read, starred, snoozed, or deleted. This keeps your firm's mail in one place without the platform accessing your mailbox. Use the J and K keys to move between items and # to delete.
