Export the comparison: redline as PDF or Word
Enlarge imageIn the comparison, "Export" opens three routes: the redline as a PDF with coloured underlining, the redline as Word with genuine tracked changes, or the newer version as Word without markings. The PDF is also legible in black-and-white print, and the recipient can accept or reject the changes in the Word file. This lets you prepare documents for the client or the other side without gathering the changes by hand.
