Hand over: clean version and redline in one step

"Hand over" creates the clean version and the redline against an earlier version as Word or PDF, as files or a ZIP.Enlarge image

The dialog "Hand over: clean and redline" prepares the files for the client or the other side. You choose the version and the earlier version for the comparison, tick clean, redline as Word and redline as PDF, and download the files. With several files, a ZIP with unambiguous names is created; alternatively, "Email draft" prepares a message. Nothing is saved; everything is generated on click from the existing versions.
