Send to the client: email draft with clean version and redline
Enlarge image"Clean + redline to client" sets up the dispatch: the redline shows what has changed since the version the client last received. If there is no proof of dispatch yet, the dialog proposes the earlier version and says so openly. Below that are the recipient, subject and text of the draft; if the address is missing from the case file, a notice points this out. It is sent from your own mail program; Smart Legal Pro neither sends nor saves anything in the process.
