Compare contract versions: redline with deletions and insertions
Enlarge imageThe dialog places two versions of the contract for work side by side: insertions are underlined in green, deletions struck through in red, and unchanged paragraphs are hidden. In the example, current version 5 is compared with version 3; among other things, the changed payment schedule and the longer review period become visible. The arrows jump from change to change, and Export turns the comparison into a redline as Word or PDF. The comparison is a plain text comparison: formatting, table layout and comments are not part of it, and the document itself stays unchanged.
