Hand over to the client: redline against the version they already have
Enlarge imageThe dialog Clean version and redline to the client is pre-filled: it chooses the redline according to the proof of dispatch, that is, against the version the client received last, and states the reason in the note above. You decide whether the clean version as the original file, the redline as Word with tracked changes and the redline as PDF are included. Output is a download or an e-mail draft with the files attached; sending takes place in your own mail program, and the platform neither sends nor stores anything. If the matter has no address for the client, the dialog says so openly instead of guessing one.
